A major advantage of ground screws is the fact that they can be dismantled and removed quickly and in an environmentally-friendly way. As such, this type of foundation is particularly attractive for construction projects which are only intended to be used for a short period of time and which must be dismantled after a short period of usage (a few months or a few years).
Ground screws are drilled into the floor and can be removed without any excavation or concrete work. Thanks to this sustainable construction method, the same green space that was there before the construction will literally reappear after the building has been dismantled.
